Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end.
We suggest shipping the return in person so that proper checking
can be done and solve with you.

Do I pay a restocking fee?

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, with the exception
of Star of Lights and premium products, which have a 25% restocking fee.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please contact our sales as soon as you receive the products and show photos of the damage via email or Viber.
We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion. 

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to
handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the
correct product.

Is buying on-line safe?
